Real Harbor usage supports the network.
Subscriptions, data programs, and API usage fund the business. After obligations, reserves, and margin, up to 30% of eligible subscription receipts may buy HUMAN from the market. That purchase is not guaranteed, and it cannot run until the token is live.

Rewards are paid in USDC or Harbor API Credits. HUMAN is acquired from the market, not emitted as rewards. A reward and a training approval are separate decisions.
