From mission three onward you earn 10% of their mission earnings, or 15% at Gold (25+ referrals). Payouts sit in a 90-day review hold.

Who can refer candidates?
Anyone with a Harbor account can generate referral links. You do not need to be on active programs to refer specialists.
When do I start earning commission?
Commission activates after your referred contributor completes at least two qualifying missions. The first two missions confirm they are a genuine contributor.
How much does the referred person earn?
Referred contributors earn their full rate on their first two missions. From mission three onward, 10% (or 15% for Gold referrers) is allocated as your commission.
What is the 90-day payout cycle?
Once a referral qualifies, all accrued commission enters a 90-day hold period. This allows Harbor to review for quality and prevent gaming. After the cycle ends, commission is released for payout.
How do I reach Gold tier?
Refer 25 or more contributors to the network. Your tier is determined by the total number of unique referrals, and Gold unlocks a 15% commission rate.
What if a candidate already exists in Harbor?
Referral commission applies to net-new candidates only. Existing profiles or applications do not qualify.
