How referral commission works
Your commission grows as your referrals complete more missions. The more active contributors you refer, the more you earn.
Bronze & Silver tiers: earn 10% commission on each referred contributor's mission earnings
Gold tier (25+ referrals): earn 15% commission on each referred contributor's mission earnings
Commission activates after your referral completes 2 qualifying missions

Anyone with a Harbor account can generate referral links. You do not need to be on active programs to refer specialists.
Commission activates after your referred contributor completes at least two qualifying missions. The first two missions confirm they are a genuine contributor.
Referred contributors earn their full rate on their first two missions. From mission three onward, 10% (or 15% for Gold referrers) is allocated as your commission.
Once a referral qualifies, all accrued commission enters a 90-day hold period. This allows Harbor to review for quality and prevent gaming. After the cycle ends, commission is released for payout.
Refer 25 or more contributors to the network. Your tier is determined by the total number of unique referrals, and Gold unlocks a 15% commission rate.
Referral commission applies to net-new candidates only. Existing profiles or applications do not qualify.
