As the competition draws to a close, Harbor and Surge are running a final round: a $5,000 cash prize pool with first come, first served (FCFS) for the first 1,000 valid submissions.

Short version

Harbor appears on Surge as a discovery project. Complete the steps Surge requires (including Ignite), then submit the last-chance Google Form so Harbor can match your Surge account to a wallet. Payouts, FCFS ordering, and eligibility follow the published rules in the form and any checks Harbor and Surge run before payment.

If you already took part in a Harbor raffle this month with the same X account, you cannot enter again on that account. This final round is meant to give new users a fair shot.

Prize pool and ordering

• Pool: $5,000 cash for this final round, split per the published rules.
• Winners: 1,000 FCFS slots for the first valid submissions after review.
• FCFS timing: Based on the Google Form timestamp after Submit, not a saved draft left open in another tab.

Eligibility and verification

Complete every required step and answer truthfully. Harbor and Surge reserve the right to verify on-Surge and wallet activity before any payout.

• One X account per Harbor raffle this month: If you already entered a Harbor raffle in May with the same X handle, do not submit again on that account.
• New users welcome: If you have not used that X account for a Harbor raffle this month, you may qualify when you meet all other rules.

Statement

Steps on Surge

1. Open https://surge.xyz/discovery/harbor-ml 2. Sign in with X when Surge asks (required for this program). 3. Use Ignite this project until you have sent 10 ignites (default budget per account). Wait for the UI to show the count if it lags.

The form asks you to confirm ignites, provide the X @handle that matches Surge, and an EVM 0x… wallet. Check the wallet address carefully; wrong addresses cannot be reversed after submission. Submit once you are sure the information is correct. Duplicate submissions do not improve FCFS position and slow review.
