Referral Program Terms

These Referral Program Terms ("Referral Terms") govern participation in Harbor referral, bounty, or "refer and earn" programs (the "Program").

By submitting a referral or claiming a reward, you agree to these Referral Terms, the Terms of Service, and the Website Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to receive Program rewards in your jurisdiction
• Harbor employees and contractors may be excluded unless a specific internal policy says otherwise
• Self-referrals are not eligible
• Referred individuals must be net-new to Harbor unless a Program page expressly states otherwise

2. How referrals work

• Use the referral mechanism Harbor provides (link, form, or designated channel)
• Provide accurate information about yourself and the referred person
• Rewards are typically earned only after the referred person completes defined qualifying events (for example, passing vetting and completing a minimum amount of accepted work)
• Qualifying events, reward amounts, and timelines are stated on the applicable Program page

3. Rewards

• Harbor may pay rewards via the same payout rails used for contributors or another stated method
• Rewards may be changed, capped, or discontinued prospectively
• Harbor may withhold or reverse rewards for fraud, duplication, policy violations, or error
• You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive

4. Prohibited conduct

• No spam, scraping, or unsolicited bulk messaging that violates law or platform rules
• No misleading claims about Harbor programs, pay, or guarantees of acceptance
• No creating fake accounts or fabricating referrals
• No buying or selling referral traffic in ways that circumvent Program rules

5. Relationship to contributor programs

Referred individuals who join contributor programs are subject to the Contributor Terms and Contributor Privacy Notice. Referral status does not guarantee acceptance into any program.

6. Termination

Harbor may suspend or terminate Program participation or the Program itself at any time. Pending rewards that have not met qualifying criteria may be cancelled.

7. Liability

The Program is provided as described on Program pages. Harbor's liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.

8. Governing law

These Referral Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
