Who captures
People who can record real scenes: workshops, roads, workplaces, homes, or field sites. They use Harbor Collect on a phone. Work is invite-only against an active programme brief.
What gets captured
Egocentric multimodal intelligence from commercial environments, with chain-of-custody from the moment of collection. Wearable and first-person capture is core: the signal phone uploads and lab rooms cannot copy.
How it is different from the Expert Network
Data Intake is capture. The Annotation & Evals workspace is where experts review, label, and QA that data. Some people do both. Invitations always name which programme you are on.
