Harbor Collect is how contributors earn by recording real-world tasks. Recordings become licensed training data for physical AI and robotics.
How it works
- Pick a mission that matches where you are and what you can film.
- Record the task following the mission brief.
- Review — Every file is checked for quality, privacy, consent, and authenticity.
- Get paid — Accepted work pays out at the mission’s tier.
Mission tiers
Every mission is Bronze, Silver, or Gold. The tier sets the approximate payout, so you know what a mission is worth before you start. Harbor does not publish fixed amounts, because programs differ.
- Bronze — Everyday tasks anyone can film: tidying, cooking, gardening, household routines.
- Silver — Skilled or workplace tasks: factory lines, machinery, assembly, longer takes.
- Gold — Specialist work that is hard to find anywhere else: clinical, technical, or expert tasks.
Mission tiers are separate from Passport referral tiers. See Incentive structure.
IBM Special Missions
Harbor is an IBM Partner. Special Missions come from enterprise programs, carry their own brief, and can add Stock Token rewards from partner pools.
How you are paid
- USDC — Stablecoin payout to your wallet.
- Harbor API Credits — Spend on Harbor-1 and other Harbor products.
- Stock Tokens — Available on eligible Special Missions. Availability depends on the campaign and your country.

Consent and licensing
Each recording carries your consent and identity through Harbor Passport. Training use needs a separate license held by the customer.
