Missions and matching

Invitations, briefs, and how work is assigned.

Work is invite-only. Harbor does not guarantee volume.

After you are approved

Your profile enters matching. When a programme needs your skill set, you get an invitation with scope, rubric summary, time, pay structure, and confidentiality rules. You accept or decline before any client data is shared.

How matching works

Matching uses verified skill, language, timezone, capacity, and quality on similar rubrics. Fit to the rubric comes first — not raw availability.

Timing

Some people get an invitation in days. Others wait until a matching programme launches. Demand drives timing, not signup order.

Accept or decline

Declining does not penalise you. Accept only work you can finish. Repeated accepts followed by no delivery, without notice, can lower match priority.

You can often run more than one programme if schedules and conflict rules allow. Some programmes require exclusivity. That is in the invitation.
