Harbor only licences hours that carry contributor identity and consent. You confirm you have the right to record the environment (your kitchen, your workshop, a site that invited the programme). You do not record other people without a programme that allows it. You do not record children.

What you attest

• No one in frame is a child

Passport vs jurisdiction

Consent to capture is not the same as payout eligibility. Jurisdiction (country of residence) is declared in Collect Profile / verification. Stock rewards and some payouts stay off until that declaration exists and matches the programme’s allowed countries. Self-declared is not the same as Eligible.

Leaks and devices

Do not post mission footage, rubrics, or client names. Report device loss involving programme data within 24 hours via Contributor support. Client data stays in approved tools.
