Harbor Passport

Persistent contributor identity with consent and provenance.

Harbor Passport™ is the contributor identity layer. Labs see provenance on the hour. Contributors see a live score out of 1,000 and a trust level: New, Verified, Trusted, Elite, Expert. Collect draws this on Home. The score is operational. It is not a credit product and not a token listing.

What the score is made of

The score is a weighted mix of evidence Harbor already stores. It is not a vibe. Pillars:

  • Mission history — approved captures, review outcomes, quality. This is the largest weight.
  • Identity — verification status, profile completeness, contact proofs when present.
  • Harbor Verify — extra programme checks when they exist. Zero if they do not.
  • Community — qualifying referrals, capped so a referral mill cannot dominate the score.

Founding-contributor boosts, when a programme enrolls them, are a published constant—not a hidden multiplier. If identity is not verified, the score is capped. Collect never invents a score when the Passport row cannot be read; it shows New / 0 until live data exists.

Levels and multipliers

Levels follow score thresholds: New (from 0), Verified (201), Trusted (401), Elite (651), Expert (851). Multipliers on approved work run from 1.0× to 1.3× at Expert. They apply when a programme actually pays. They do not create a projected dollar on a mission card.

Reward preference

Passport also stores whether you prefer cash or $HARBOR settlement. Token settlement is about 30 days after approval. Cash is about 90 days. Enterprise validation can sit in front of both. Change the preference in Collect Rewards.

What Passport is for buyers

A licensed hour without identity is just a file. Passport is how Harbor can say the capture was consented, the contributor is the same person over time, and the review history is attached. That is the trust story on enterprise pages—not a count of “verified experts” invented for marketing.
