Cannot access a program

Confirm you accepted the invitation and completed vetting. If access disappeared after rework, check for a pause notice in your workspace home.

Upload failures

• Verify file size and codec against program limits
• Retry on a stable connection; do not rename files after a successful upload
• Clear browser cache if the uploader stalls at 0%

Missing earnings

Earnings appear after task acceptance, not at upload. Cross-program totals are separated by design.
