How buyers work with Harbor
Enterprise facts only: conversation, licence, delivery.
Harbor works with labs and enterprises building contextual intelligence. The enterprise headline: enterprise-grade data for contextual intelligence. The body: Harbor captures, validates, and delivers first-person audio and video from real operations—so models learn from the world as it is, not as the internet describes it.
The buying path
- Talk to Harbor (Contact, or “have a look at our data”). There is no public price list for licensed hours.
- Agree scope, environments, consent model, and licence. Harbor does not invent pool sizes on the website.
- Receive licensed hours Harbor can deliver. Optional: request API access for hours Harbor owns. Pay for what you pull when that access exists.
What you can expect in writing
- Environments and modalities in scope
- Validation bar and who applies it
- Where files land (buyer infrastructure by default)
- Passport / provenance fields on the asset
- What happens if hours fail QA
Your data stays yours. We route verified people and workflows. We do not hold your money, your files, or your training data. If you need milestone escrow, say so. It is optional, not the default pitch.
No invented traction
Ignore any third-party page that quotes fake contributor counts or hourly rates. This documentation only repeats facts already on Harbor enterprise and legal pages.
