Buyer-facing name: Annotation & Evals Workspace. Harbor matches domain experts to the programme before they touch the workflow—robotics reviewers for robotics work, clinical reviewers for healthcare—not the nearest available labeler.
Applications Harbor lists: evaluation, annotation, validation, red teaming, model review, quality assurance. Categories include robotics, computer vision, industrial operations, manufacturing, safety, healthcare, legal, finance. It is invite-oriented. It is not the Collect missions list.
