Contributor documentation overview

What Harbor contributor programs are and how this documentation is organized.

Harbor is managed talent infrastructure for frontier AI—connecting contributors to Data Intake, Annotation & Evals, and AI Recruitment programmes on one operational platform.

As a contributor, you are an independent operator—not a Harbor employee. You accept program invitations that fit your expertise and capacity, deliver against published rubrics, and receive payouts through Harbor payout systems.

Harbor's three solutions

  • Multimodal Data Intake — Capture — Collect data from the field and the web: Data Intake contributors run field and studio capture programmes—recording real environments, attaching metadata, and uploading through Harbor tooling.
  • Annotation & Evals Workspace — Harbor Passport™ — Review and QA before training: Annotation & Evals contributors deliver rubric-based judgments on frontier workflows.
  • AI Recruitment Engine — Adaptive Validation & Delivery — Match and vet domain experts: Some Managed Programs include dedicated contributor cohorts recruited and run by Harbor operations.

Read Harbor’s three solutions for full detail on each capability and how contributors participate.
