Contributor documentation overview
What Harbor contributor programs are and how this documentation is organized.
Harbor is human intelligence infrastructure for AI—connecting organizations to the Data Network, Expert Network, and Managed Programs on one operational platform.
As a contributor, you are an independent operator—not a Harbor employee. You accept program invitations that fit your expertise and capacity, deliver against published rubrics, and receive payouts through Harbor payout systems.
Harbor's three solutions
- Data Network — Real-world data at scale: Data Network contributors run field and studio capture programs—recording real environments, attaching metadata, and uploading through Harbor tooling.
- Expert Network — Specialized human expertise: Expert Network contributors deliver rubric-based judgments on frontier workflows.
- Managed Programs — End-to-end execution: Some Managed Programs include dedicated contributor cohorts recruited and run by Harbor operations.
Read Harbor’s three solutions for full detail on each capability and how contributors participate.
