Payments setup

Configure tax information and Harbor payout systems.

Harbor pays independent contributors through approved Harbor payout partners. You must complete tax and banking profiles before your first cash payout. In Collect you can prefer cash or $HARBOR settlement. Token settlement is about 30 days after approval; cash is about 90 days. Neither is a yield. Projected stock rewards stay blank until a live pool is configured.

Required setup

  1. Tax forms for your residency (W-9, W-8BEN, or local equivalent)
  2. Payout method verification
  3. Invoice or recipient details where required by jurisdiction

Schedule

Payout cycles are program-specific. Accrued earnings move to pending after client acceptance, then to paid on the published schedule.
