Custom programmes

Harbor designs the capture and delivery loop for a stated objective.

A custom programme starts with the buyer’s environment and model goal. Harbor specifies capture kit, consent, validation, delivery location, and whether a dedicated contributor cohort is required. It is not a generic crowd task dump with a new logo.

Typical shape

  1. Tell Harbor what you need in plain language (Contact).
  2. Match and vet — shortlist domain experts and/or capture contributors; verify skills.
  3. Collect and label — capture in the field or work in the labeling workspace.
  4. Review and deliver — QA before data ships to the buyer’s infrastructure.

Some programmes include dedicated contributor cohorts recruited by Harbor operations. Most independent contributors still enter through Collect or Expert invitations. You will know if you were assigned to a managed cohort because operations will say so in writing.

Custody and fees

Zero-custody is the default: Harbor is software, not a warehouse. Optional milestone escrow exists for buyers who need it (Harbor Workforce). Platform fees on programme invoices are an operator fact documented internally; this site does not quote them as a consumer price list.
